Shes mobile

Isla cannot stay still! This is why I havent blogged in so long. She rolls,climbs, drags(its not really a crawl yet) all over the place. We try to barracate her with pillows but she climbs right over them. Seriously I cant even use the bathroom without thinking that shes going to break her head with the corner of the bed before she slams on the floor. Its that serious!!

We really need to get her a playpen, crib or cage because this is getting out of hand. Let me leave you with pictures of my monkey when she was not so mobile.

we were at the cemetery visiting Isla and AnnMaries great grand mother Mama who passed away 5 months ago.

She was a beautiful women. I never met anyone who had something bad to say about her.

She LOVED all babies!! Especially her grandchildren. When Isla was born she resembled Mama allot.

That was the first time she saw Isla. Isla was 4 days old.

Diego cake

This is the Diego cake I did for my friends son. This is by far the most difficult cake I have done! But good things come from hard work...more work! :) Allot of people have asked me to make them cakes. So WOO WHO to starting my own cake business. Now to get my hair bow business up! lol

For the record....Isla was feed up with Kaylin taking her toys away and picking on her. So she defended herself! :)

Early

Its 8:50am. I am almost never up this early, unless I have something to do. And today I do!! Isla is at her aunts house and my friend Elizabeth is coming over. Her sons birthday party is tomorrow and I have the pleasure of decorating his cake. The cake is a 3 tiered Dominican cake with a fruity filling covered in color full fondant. The theme of the party is Diego so there will be lots of animal print.

I learned how to make my own fondant on YouTube. You can learn wonders on google. :) Ive done a few cakes some for friends and also my baby shower cake(I did everything for my baby shower, I'm way to picky!!).

Before I did my baby shower cake I did a practice cakes.

And this is the cake I did for the baby shower. Its hard to tell but the smaller cake is pink with green stripes, the medium one is green with pink stripes and the big one is white with black stripes.

I also did a ladybug cake for my Isla aunt.

So if anyone needs a cake and lives in or near New York call me!! ;)

P.S. Still cant believe that M.J died. R.I.P
